WATCH: The heartwarming moment when the American flag is once against hoisted at UNC’s campus

The hatemongers at UNC-Chapel Hill in North Carolina tried to take down the American flag yesterday and replace it with the Palestinian flag.

Several young men from Pi Kappa Phi defended the flag and kept it from hitting the ground while protesters lobbed hateful insults and water bottles at them and a Jewish student holding the Israeli flag:

 
Shortly thereafter the Palestinian flag was taken down and the American flag was hoisted back up in its rightful place. As it was being raised, the crowd began to sing the National Anthem:

It sure makes me feel like there’s hope for America when I see patriotic displays such as this.

Since this happened a fundraiser for the men of Pi Kappa Phi has been created and nearly $40k has already been donated to these patriots.
