WATCH: The Ukrainian Easter Choir’s beautiful, powerful rendition of Agnus Dei in Lviv with Franklin Graham

Rev. Franklin Graham is in Lviv, Ukraine this Easter. He and Samaritan’s Purse are helping victims of the Russian invasion, doing charity and good works and bringing the message of the Lord to people suffering and struggling through the horrors of war.

On Easter Sunday, Fox News Channel aired a half-hour special from Lviv featuring Rev. Graham and the Ukrainian Easter Choir. At the end of that special, the Senior Bishop of the Ukrainian Pentecostal Union Rev. Mykhailo Panochko gave a powerful prayer for his nation, in his native Ukrainian.

Here it is in English.

Our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, whom you sent to this world to die for our sins and to be Resurrected for our justification, we give you thanks, that you sent your Son, not to judge, but to save people, to save us from our sins.

We thank you for the light of your Son’s Resurrection. We are grateful for you to you for this wonderful country we live in. We are thankful to you for the land of our parents and grandparents. For the wonderful fertile land of Ukraine, we thank you.

However, great sorrow and trouble have come to our country. A great wound was opened, and rivers of tears and blood flowed in our country. May our hands of prayer be supported by all the nations of the world. For Your Glory, Father and Son and Holy Spirit.

Amen.

After the prayer, the Ukrainian Easter Choir sang an absolutely beautiful and moving rendition of Agnus Dei.

Here is that powerful moment.

He is Risen. Hallelujah!
