President Trump spoke at the International Association of Chiefs of Police this morning in Orlando Florida, and all he had to do was mention that Kavanaugh was just approved this weekend for the Supreme Court and the crowd erupted in applause.
Watch:
"I decided on Brett. I said he's flawless. A flawless person. The best student. A great scholar. Incredible record over many years, and yet he's a young man," @POTUS says on Brett Kavanaugh https://t.co/MakelTGfXA pic.twitter.com/uy6LCWg0wM

I wish we could see the crowd. But from what we hear, some actually gave Trump a standing ovation:
President Trump's mention of Kavanaugh is getting what feels like a more enthusiastic reaction from the police here than even Trump's praise of police officers. Some even stood up to applaud it.
