Trump was asked this morning by his favorite MSNBC reporter if he would definitively say that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. In his response Trump did do that, but he also and unspecifically suggested that other countries were involved as well.
When pressed about Russia again, he basically repeated part of what he said and then used the answer to go after Obama pretty hard for not doing anything about the meddling by Russia in the election.

Trump said that Obama didn’t do anything about the Russian meddling because he thought that Hillary was going to win. He suggested that if Obama had thought he was going to win, then he definitely would have done something about the Russian meddling.
I think he’s probably right about that too.
