The White House just released a new video of Joe Biden talking about democracy or something and it’s not much better than how he sounded at the debate.
He still sounds old as Methuselah and I’m not just talking about his raspy voice. Aside from all the jump cuts, there’s still a slight awkward pause as he reads from the teleprompter at one point and he’s still mumbling his way through it.
