In a weak speech attempting to talk away his obvious weakness and fecklessness, President Obama addressed what the U.S. and NATO are doing about ISIL (as he refers to them), and meekly asserted that we will “destroy” ISIS.

It’s clear Obama is just flailing about trying to figure out what his policy should be after saying they have no strategy and then saying Obama will just make ISIS a “manageable problem.”
