Yet again, another Democrat admits that there is a lot of “smoke” but no “smoking gun” in the investigation into Russian collusion.
That came from Senator Mark Warner, the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
He says “at this point,” which makes it clear that they’re still looking, but detractors have to admit that all of the evidence pointing to collusion between the rooskies and the Trump campaign is all circumstantial at this point. It would be one thing if they refused to answer the question, because it would mean there MIGHT be evidence, but they keep saying there isn’t any which makes it pretty conclusive.
