Ted Cruz said today that the Senate has the votes to confirm Amy Coney Barrett and he doesn’t see that changing:

Cruz says they have 51 votes in the Senate right now for ACB’s confirmation and based on conversations he’s had with his colleagues, he doesn’t see that changing.
Democrats have been trying to make every excuse in the book to stall her confirmation, and McConnell called them out yesterday on their latest one:
Democrats say they’ll try everything to stall Judge Barrett. The latest excuse: Hybrid hearings with some virtual participation are suddenly bad.
The Senate has held 150 of these hybrid hearings since May. Democrats have taken advantage of the tools. They’ve praised the format.

McConnell reminded everyone today that the hearings start in one week:
Judge Barrett’s hearings will begin one week from today. Chairman Graham has all the tools to conduct a hybrid hearing, just like the 150 others the Senate has held this year.
We will not stop working for the American people because Democrats are afraid they may lose a vote.

We’ll carry the hearings at TRS, of course. Go ahead and use this as an open thread.
