Nevada has just passed a bill that will authorize the state to automatically send mail-in ballots to voters ahead of the November election:
CBS NEWS – State lawmakers passed a bill Sunday that would add Nevada to a growing list of states that will mail all active voters ballots ahead of the November election amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The bill now heads to Gov. Steve Sisolak. If he signs it as expected, Nevada will join seven states that plan on automatically sending voters mail ballots, including California and Vermont, which moved earlier this summer to adopt automatic mail ballot policies.
Trump responded to the bill this morning, calling it an “illegal late night coup”. He suggested the bill makes it “impossible for Republicans to win the state”.
He also noted that the Post Office “could never handle the Traffic of Mail-In Votes without preparation” and that Democrats are “using Covid to steal the state.”

The seven states that are using the pandemic as an excuse to send ballots to voters are California, Vermont, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Utah and Washington. The District of Columbia also plans to do the same.
