One of Biden’s energy advisors told CNBC this morning that Biden’s plan is to phase out the use of oil completely.
Amos Hochstein was asked by CNBC host Joe Kernen about Biden saying again that he wants to “end drilling” because when, according to Kernen, when Biden says things like this it keeps oil and gas companies from wanting to continue investing in oil and gas for the future.

I know this is no big surprise to most of us who realized his ‘plan’ a long time ago, but we don’t always hear Biden or his lackeys come right out and say it.
Now Hochstein plays it off as though this end to drilling isn’t going to happen in the next two or three years, but Kernen’s point is valid that Biden is discouraging investment.
And I would add that Biden is discouraging investment while also demanding oil companies spend more to get prices back down, which is a problem he created. It’s really maddening.
