It’s a hype clip, meaning the music, the crowds, the taglines … you know, to get you jazzed up for WHATEVER MYSTERIOUS REASON.
It’s great. And the tweet text is even more on the nose.

Now DeSantis has been using “just gettting started” for years in his ads and campaigns, but I think you can agree it has an extra implication here.
