Ron DeSantis was asked today about Trump’s attack on him claiming he’s being disloyal by running for president. He was asked this by CBN News reporter David Brody.
DeSantis first pointed out that we’re not in a monarchy and that everyone has a right to run. But then he made this comment:
“I notice they don’t say the same thing about Nikki Haley. He appointed Nikki Haley to his own administration! Do you ever hear that argument made?”
Exactly. What about Nikki? As DeSantis makes clear, this isn’t about loyalty at all. It’s just Trump attacking him because he represents the biggest threat to Trump.
