Biden doesn’t like taking questions from reporters. He hates it, and he gets mad about it, and shakes his fist at the clouds. But mostly he just plain doesn’t do it.
And that’s what happened today when Joe Biden was meeting with State Governors and opened the floor to questions. He began by recognizing a Republican governor per his written instructions he was reading like a script. And that’s when the magic happened.

It’s absolutely typical and the press pretty much never complain about it. Because he’s a Democrat.
