What could have possibly caused this???

In an article from yesterday’s Vineyard Gazette, they reported that Covid cases are spiking on the island which is pushing their emergency room capacity to its limits.

Stephen Miller wonders what possibly could have caused this:

Hmmm. I wonder what happened recently at Martha’s Vineyard that might be responsible, in part, for this spike in cases.

Oh wait, didn’t Obama have a big birthday bash on the Island a week or so ago with something like 700 people there, as the very contagious delta variant was spreading around the country?

Let me see if they mention that in the article.

Nope, nothing about Obama. Not one word. I couldn’t be more not shocked.
