Chuck Krauthammer said that there was no way Mike Flynn could have survived as national security advisor if he had stayed on and the recent revelations about his advocating for Turkey had come out.

“It’s really hard to understand why they chose him in the first place,” he concludes, but of course he’s ignoring the obvious fact that Flynn was chosen merely because Trump liked him, that’s it.
Amazingly, Trump supporters loved him because he was so open about the threat from Islam. Not radical Islam, but Islam. And yet here he was, getting money to advocate for a Muslim dictatorship. I mean, wow.
But it is pretty incredible to think just how brazen Flynn was, and if the Trump admin didn’t know about it, then it makes them look pretty incompetent. And that should make you wonder what other Turkish foreign agents, or otherwise, are still hiding in the administration…
