What the heck is wrong with Biden in this clip????

Biden was in a meeting with Israeli President Herzog today in front of the press and I swear it looked like Biden was about to fall asleep mumbling.

I don’t know if Biden was trying to disrespect Herzog or if he was about to fall out, but he didn’t look good at all.

Did you see the look on Herzog’s face while Biden was mumbling in his dementia sleep? He’s clearly wondering what the hell is going on. Good grief.
