Catherine Herridge has done some reporting on the Biden bribery document revealed by a whistleblower.
She obtained the subpoena from the House Oversight Committee requesting the document and it indicates the DOJ and FBI had the bribery document during the 2020 election, just months after they got their hands on the Hunter Biden laptop:

It’s hard to say whether it was created then or simply modified in June of 2020, but the reporting may suggest they got the information from the laptop and created this bribery document.
Of course AG Barr would have never used this information in the election, so you can be sure that’s why it never emerged. And once Biden took over, there’s no way his puppet AG would have accused him of any wrongdoing and it’s likely been ignored until now.
We’ll see if anything ever becomes of this but I’m betting we’ll be talking about this next year as something in the distant past.
