White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre just gave Biden complete credit for the vaccines in an interview with CBS News:

You think about COVID-19 and the pandemic. We now have 80% of Americans who have at least one shot and 70% of Americans that are fully vaccinated and that’s because the president took action on day one.
A year ago there were no vaccine. Nobody was getting vaccinated yet and now here we are with those high numbers…
This is a gross lie. Joe Biden had NOTHING to do with getting the vaccines going. That was all Trump. The vaccinations began in early December and were already over a million doses per day by the time Joementia was sworn into office.
Remember, Biden claimed early on that he wanted to get vaccines up to a million doses per day as his big achievement, until the media corrected him, explaining that Trump had already done that.
Biden is once again trying to steal Trump’s achievement and the media just pretends like it’s true. Disgusting.
