White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki says that Biden will implement a vaccination plan which includes sending people door to door to educate them about the vaccine:

Yeah this is a terrible idea. People already know about the vaccine and they’ve decided whether to get it or not. It’s their lives to risk if they want. The last thing we need is taxpayer money going to vaccine door knockers.

She’s exactly right, and that’s the way it should be.
This should be followed by modification to vaccine recommendations in adolescents to either a reduced dose and/or tailored towards those with risk factors for severe Covid-19 based on pre-existing medical conditions.

Lastly, until data unequivocally proves natural immunity does not confer long-term protection from future severe outcomes, begin acknowledging those with antibodies from prior infection are not being irresponsible for choosing not to get vaccinated.

The more I think about this, the more I suspect that this is just an elaborate guise to sign up more people to vote for Biden. It would not surprise me to learn that, should they actually do this, they’ll be carrying around voter registration cards.
