White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders just put out a new statement on the suspicious packages sent to Obama and the Clintons:

It’s very strong statement and leaves no ambiguity for the media to spin about where Trump stands in all of this.

I would note one thing that made me chuckle. After naming Obama and the Clintons with specificity, they write “and other public figures”. That would be George Soros. I’m not gonna lie, I kinda love the fact that they didn’t mention him by name.

I should also point out that as of yet Trump hasn’t tweeted about any of this. I think that’s wise. He should probably just respond through official channels until everything calms down a bit.
