The White House has responded in court at the request of DC Obama judge James Boasberg, who wanted to know why his order wasn’t followed with regard to the deportation flights that were already in the air.
Essentially, the White House said all who were being deported under the Alien Enemies Act had already been removed from the plane and therefore weren’t subject to the judge’s order.

They went on to suggest to the court that no more details could be revealed for national security reasons and that the court needed to vacate the hearing scheduled since there was no violation:
