New York’s Governor Cuomo has found himself in the hot seat due to his own state AG releasing a report showing how he severely undercounted nursing home deaths in his state.
Today he responded to the report, first by blaming this ‘political attack’ on Trump’s HHS aide Mike Caputo:
Cuomo on the AG report: “Where this starts is, frankly, a political attack from the prior administration HHS. Their great spokesperson, @MarcACaputo, who is a Roger Stone protege, who said we have more nursing home deaths in New York b/c of something the state health dept did."

He insults Caputo even though he’s not wrong about New York’s nursing home deaths. What a jerk!
Cuomo continued saying ‘who cares’ where these people died, as if to excuse his administration’s incompetence:

This didn’t go over well with Janice Dean, who responded “Listen to this guy. Just listen to his complete and utter awfulness.”
Dean, who had a family member die in one of New York’s nursing homes, has been one of the most outspoken opponents of Cuomo on this issue even though she’s been demeaned and threatened that she better watch her back.
I’d also like to point out that, while it’s good all of this is finally coming out, it would have come out a long time ago if Cuomo had been Trump. Reporters don’t go to any trouble to find dirt on politicians they like and thus they never looked at the data to see what Cuomo was trying to hide. It’s part of the pathetic reality we’ve come to know in this country, that the media is by and large an arm of the DNC, only going after their political enemies and letting their political allies get away with murder.
