Why did the Supreme Court respond to NPR’s fake news story about Gorsuch and masks? THIS is why…

Some have commented that it’s rare for the Supreme Court to respond to a news story that’s about the high court.

But I think after you watch this montage of media pundits expressing utter outrage and insulting Gorsuch a ‘ghoulish’ person and worse, you’ll understand why they responded:

These people are absolutely despicable. They don’t even question the story, which turned out to be false. They don’t give anyone the benefit of the doubt. They just use this story as a pretext to hurl insults and outrage at Gorsuch, who they love to hate. Remember, he’s the one who got the nomination instead of Merrick Garland, so they have a special hatred for him.

In very much related news, this NPR reporter claimed that Totenberg’s story was “challenged by the right”:

Um, no it wasn’t. It was challenged by the people involved and they all said it was FAKE NEWS. All of them, including Sonia Sotomayor.
