“Why did you delete this tweet?” NBC’s addition to Martha’s Vineyard outrage frenzy is SHOCKING.

NBC deleted a tweet that they chose to tweet. They chose the text to go in that tweet. The fact that the tweet text included a quote from someone they spoke to is no absolution for these decisions that they made, which they know, which is why they deleted it.

And what did it say?

Florida Gov. DeSantis sending asylum-seekers to Martha’s Vineyard is like “me taking my trash out and just driving to different areas where I live and jus throwing my trash there,” a founding member of a foundation which helps refugees says.

Seriously, it said that.

So they should have reporters beating down their door asking this question, right?

But they won’t, of course.
