Teleprompter Joe apparently had to rely on note cards yesterday as he toured the Carrollton Water Plant in New Orleans to push his new infrastructure bill. You can see him holding and perusing his note cards in the video below:
Everything is fine. Nothing to see here. Every president has to carry around pre-written notecards so that they would know what to say when talking about their pet infrastructure bill. This is nor…*cough*…mal.
It’s no wonder that Jen Psaki says she often tells Biden not to take questions:
It all makes sense. She tells him not to take questions because, at those times, he doesn’t have any cue cards telling him how to answer. She doesn’t want him to embarrass himself with word salad answers!
