The left and the media have been going absolutely berserk over Govs. Abbott and DeSantis this week, pretending that their sending illegal immigrants out of state is some sort of crime even though Biden does it constantly.
But what really scares them is that these governors are popular, powerful, and dangerous to Democrat strangleholds on power.
DeSantis has absolutely SHATTERED all previous gubernatorial fundraising records. With $177.4 million total and $31.4 just since January of 2021, DeSantis has whooped previous record holder Meg Whitman, whose coffers were mostly filled out of her own pocket. If you look at the chart based only on actual fundraising and not self-funding, Greg Abbott’s campaign is next biggest at $116 million.
The two governors the Democrats hate the most and get the media to attack the most are the two who have the most money from fundraising.
