Woke Space Force LT Gen admits she WON’T hire someone because of “anti-LGBTQ” state laws

At a pride event last week at the Department of Defense, Chief Operations Officer for the U.S. Space Force Lt. General Deanna Burt admitted that her hiring policies are biased against states which have passed laws protecting minors from the alphabet mafia.

Watch:

Here’s what she says:

“Transformational cultural change requires leadership from the top and we do not have time to wait. Since January of this year, more than 400 anti-LGBTQ+ laws have been introduced at that state level. That number is rising and demonstrates a trend that could be dangerous for our service members, their families and the readiness of the force as a whole.

When I look at potential candidates, say for squadron command, I strive to match the right person to the right job. I consider their job performance and relevant experience first. However, I also look at their personal circumstances and their family is also an important factor. If a good match for a job does not feel safe being themselves and performing at the highest potential at a given location, or if their family could be denied critical healthcare due to the laws in that state, I am compelled to consider a different candidate and perhaps less qualified.”

In other words this woke Space Force Lt. General won’t hire someone in a state that has passed laws protecting minors from transgender hormone therapies and surgeries if they have a child or young family member that identifies as transgender.

The author of this tweet thread, Director of The American Military Project at The Claremont Institute, said this is rhetoric from the radical gender ideology playbook:

These are the kinds of people that Biden is choosing to be confirmed by the Senate. And Lt. General Deanna Burt has been confirmed three times by the US Senate. Right now Senator Tuberville is holding up all DOD nominees from being confirmed:
