Well the math-impaired proponents of the women’s soccer “wage gap” scam have unfortunately won. A couple of private companies are going to stupidly send the players money because they can’t do simple math.
Secret Deodorant brand announces it will pay each of the 23 World Cup-winning #USWNT players $23,000 — for a total of $529,000 — and calls on USSF to achieve equal pay. Significant: Secret is an official US Soccer partner.— Jeff Kassouf (@JeffKassouf) July 14, 2019
Luna Bar paid $31,250 per player; $718,750 total.
At least it’s private companies making this stupid decision on their own. If they want to be idiots with their money in search of woke publicity from even stupider millennials and leftists, well, it’s their right to be stupid.
It is just shocking that simple math and basic economics are beyond the grasp of people who simply want to believe that women are getting the short end of the stick. This is a bad sign for the rest of us, as the tide of woke ignorance continues to engulf more and more of our society and economy.
