WOW: Bill Maher insists to Dennis Prager that Trump ‘wants to be’ FASCIST as guest says I ‘Was DEEP STATE’

Dennis Prager was on Real Time with Bill Maher on HBO last night, and several clips have popped up on social media of the two going at it on a variety of topics. But the clip that caught my eye the most was the one below that is most enlightening. You see, it’s how and what they choose to say and cheer that makes it fascinating, more than any really compelling point or argument.

They were talking about Trump and Prager was making the point that hating Trump is causing people to lose perspective, judgment, logic, and the ability to understand reality.

I think that’s important. When you talk about how the media hates Trump, that shouldn’t be because it’s “mean” or hurts his feelings or yours, it’s because of how it affects the person who is doing the hating. Personally I love to hate politicians, but I’m not going to let it change my ability to witness reality. But listen to this crowd, and to the responses to Prager here.

The best is the answer from former Time editor Richard Stengel. “I worked in the deep state for three years. The deep state is composed of people who deeply believe in the state.” The crowd went wild several times as he confesses to the concept of a deep state and professes their utter dedication to the idea of The State over all.

Ya know, I admit, there are some things about Bill Maher I like. He’s mean and snotty and is kind of what you think, if a Texan just had to be a progressive, religion-hating ass, he’s the kind of ass a Texan like that should be. So not like the wimpy weirdo Beto I’m saying.

But in the clip it’s obvious he lets his hate cloud his thinking. Obviously, Trump isn’t locking up reporters. He may want to , and that may be bad, but wanting to isn’t as bad as doing. It’s a just basic logic and yet Maher and the audience won’t agree. They aren’t being rational. The press isn’t being rational. Nobody is being rational.

I’m just sayin, seems like things get worse by the second.
