WOW: Obama official who told MSNBC they had goods on collusion admitted under OATH she LIED, had NOTHING

Remember Obama administration official Evelyn Farkas? She was an American national security advisor, who served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasia. She’s currently running for a House seat in NY-17 and was just endorsed by Emily’s List.

She also lied about the Obama administration having dirt on collusion between Trump and Russia.

In a 2017 interview on MSNBC, she made HUGE waves. And there was a lot in it.

“I was urging my former colleagues, and frankly speaking the people on the Hill, it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can, before President Obama leaves the administration,” Farkas, who is now a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, said.

“Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left, so it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy … that the Trump folks – if they found out how we knew what we knew about their … the Trump staff dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods, meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.”

what we knew” she lied. About “the Trump staff dealing with Russians” she lied.

The transcripts released this week reveal that she testified under oath that this was a lie.

Looky looky:

MR. GOWDY: Did you have any information connecting the– MR. GOWDY: Did you have information connecting the Trump camapign to the hack of the DNC?
MS. FARKAS: No.

This one too:

MR. ROONEY: That doesn’t bother me. But what bothers me is that you felt like you had information that was of potential criminal nature, why is it more impoortant to come to Congress than i twould be to the FBI? Did you go to the FBI with this information?
MS. FARKS: I– well, I had no information.

But these two are definitely the winner winner chicken dinner:

MR. GOWDY: Why don’t we go back to that sentence that I just asked you about. It says, the Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew about their staff dealing with Russians. And your testimony was, we, was the U.S. Government.
MS. FARKS: Uh-huh.
MR. GOWDY: Well, how would you know what the U.S. government knew at that point? You didn’t work for it, did you?
MS. FARKAS: I didn’t.
MR. GOWDY: Then How did you know?
MS. FARKAS: I didn’t know anything.
MR. GOWDY: Well, then why would you say, we knew?
MS. FARKAS: So if they found out how we knew–
MR. GOWDY: We knew what we knew.
MS. FARKAS: Right. So obviously I misspoke, because I wasn’t we anymore.
MR. GOWDY: Well, you just spoke twice. Dr. Farksas. You said, we knew what we knew.

MR. GOWDY: You also didn’t know whether or not anybody in the Trump campaign had colluded with Russia, did you?
MS. FARKAS: I didn’t.
MR. GOWDY: Well then why did you say what you said?
MS. FARKAS: Because I had a strong suspicion.
MR. GOWDY: Basied on what?
MS. FARKAS: Based on the media reports–

THE MEDIA REPORTS. You know like the media reports that the Obama administration definitely had the goods on collusion. Which they based on comments from … People like FARKAS!!

Circular. Self-referential. Fabricated. Fiction.

The best part of the transcript overall was when Gowdy said to Farkas, “So when you say ‘knew,’ what you really meant was felt?”

Farkas had to reply, “correct.”

“You didn’t know anything?” asked Gowdy driving the knife.

“That’s correct,” said the debunked loser.
