Governor Ron DeSantis slammed the idea of new COVID restrictions today which Fauci and Biden won’t rule out, saying they will not happen in Florida and that “you can take that to the bank”:

DeSantis said that the previous lockdowns and masking didn’t do anything to stop COVID and that doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result would be insanity.
He affirmed strongly that he would not let the media generated hysteria affect the individual liberty of Floridians and that none of these lockdowns would come to his state.
