You have to love this guy’s spirit and tenaciousness:
Wow. I’ve been through flooding where I lost a lot of property and I can tell you that I was NOT as hopeful as this guy is! But that’s the best of the human spirit – getting knocked down and just getting back up to fight again. I salute this man.
