The White House explained yesterday that Joe Biden was asked by the Vatican not to attend Pope Benedict XVI’s funeral tomorrow.

This morning Joe Biden was asked about this, specifically why he’s not going to attend.
His initial response was, ‘you know why’.
When pressed on it, Biden claimed it was because he’d be bringing a large entourage and the Vatican doesn’t want that.

I’d like to think Joe Biden was asked not to attend because he’s is a terrible pro-baby-murder Catholic. But knowing the Vatican, it probably is about his large entourage.
