Joe Biden is being intransigent in refusing to answer the simple question as to whether he supports adding seats to the Supreme Court or not, and did the very same thing today again:

Joe Biden just gave Trump a brand new ad with his answer.
It’s really amazing that Joe Biden is allowed to get away with this level of deceit. Ok it’s really not, but you know what I mean. It’s an absolutely crucial question and he’s flat refusing to answer it, saying that people will find out AFTER he gets elected. Trump would never be allowed to get away with this or any of the garbage Biden has gotten away with.
Biden even suggests to reporters that his answer will be controversial, noting that it will be come a huge headline in every one of their papers. It’s because he absolutely supports expanding the court so he can add more liberals to it. Biden wants to fundamentally change the Supreme Court and there is no doubt about it.
