INSULTED!

In an exchange this morning in a Senate hearing on ISIS, Secretary of State John Kerry proclaimed how he’s insulted over the fact that Congressmen on Capitol Hill would dare suggest that the deal he is negotiating with Iran would lead to Iran ending up with nuclear weapons:

This just shows how out of touch he is with reality. Iran simply cannot be trusted. They will violate any agreement we make with them regardless of what we put on paper. They are likely already in ‘violation’ as they are running secret nuclear facilities that are only exposed through betrayal.

So when they violate a new agreement, what then? Are we going to just chastise them with a strongly worded letter? Are we going to put crippling sanctions on them? Will we hit them in a military assault?

Or will it be too late?

This is the inherent problem and why Kerry is wrong. Iran wins in almost every scenario, whether we make an agreement with them or not. To make an agreement is nothing short of appeasement and it will do nothing to stop them from getting nukes.

As Bolton said yesterday, any agreement with Iran is nothing short of an act of SURRENDER.
