Frances Piven of Cloward and Piven strategy infamy wondered whether the controversial enhanced interrogation techniques used by the CIA has led to the creation of ISIS and other Islamist extremists. Luckily there was an Iraq War vet who set her straight, saying these techniques are basically viewed as amateurish by a barbaric world.
