Everyone has been calling out the lies in Biden’s speech yesterday. From hard news reporters like Jennifer Griffin and Clarissa Ward to people who normally kiss his feet like Fake Tapper, Brianna Keilar* and Crust Wallace. But now even the embassy itself is calling him out.
As Scoop explained yesterday, Biden’s statement that “We know of no circumstance where American citizens, carrying an American passport, are trying to get through to the airport” was stupid on its face and contradicted immediately by a reporter.
But in light of this morning’s warnings from Kabul it’s absolutely treacherous. As in, treachery. As in, he betrayed the Americans there by telling them false things that put them in real danger all for his own political interest.
