BOOM! How President Trump is exploiting a loop-hole to enact IMMEDIATE purge of deep state at DOJ

We’ve told you over the last week how different groups of career officials at the DOJ, from top immigration court attorneys to many other career attorneys, have been reassigned by President Trump’s acting Attorney General, James McHenry III.

Normally this wouldn’t be allowed to happen but Trump has found a loophole – and it has everything to do with the Senate.

The law requires that there be a 120 day “cooling off” period for firings in the DOJ after a new confirmation. But because the Senate is dragging their heels, Trump’s acting AG gets to fire and sideline all the long-term Clinton-Obama holdouts. Own petard, hoisted!
