Last month we reported that Michael Flynn’s request for mandamus against the corrupt judge who refused to drop his case was granted. But Judge Sullivan, the corrupt judge in question, has rejected the ruling:

He’s calling for an en banc ruling from the entire DC appellate court, which means all 11 justices must hear his appeal and could potentially overturn the previous decision. This is exactly what I was worried would happen.
What an a-hole he’s being about this case, dragging this out for no reason! The DOJ doesn’t want to prosecute Flynn and he should just drop the case already! Stop being a diva Judge Sullivan and do your job!
