Breaking! Susan Rice WILL TESTIFY about ‘unmasking’, but…

Every story is a yo-yo these days. First Susan Rice was going to testify then she said she wasn’t, not she says she WILL testify.

But not in a public setting:

Former national security adviser Susan Rice has agreed to meet with the House Intelligence Committee sometime next month as it continues to look into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election, CNN reported Thursday.

Rice, who served in the Obama administration, has become a target for GOP lawmakers who say she mishandled classified intelligence documents.

President Trump and other top Republicans have pointed to allegations that Rice revealed the names of Trump transition team associates in intelligence reports in an attempt to leak negative information about the Trump campaign.

Rice has repeatedly denied the allegations.

The big conspiracy here is that Rice supposedly unmasked people for the sake of political leverage, which would be massively illegal. But she and her defenders said she did it perfectly within the sphere of her official duties.

But it definitely happened – so how will they prove what her motivation and intention was?

ALSO, there was a report in the Washington Times a few days ago that officials are dragging their feet on producing evidence in the unmasking debacle.

House intelligence committee sources say career officials at the National Security Council are slow-walking the delivery of subpoenaed records on former National Security Adviser Susan E. Rice’s handling of classified information and the “unmasking” of Trump campaign workers — material from the Russian hacking probe that middle-level NSCmanagers claim was transferred to President Obama’s library and could “remain closed to the public for five years.”

So will we see some leaks from Susan Rice’s testimony, the way we’ve seen everything else leak? We shall see…
