This has been going on since 2010 and apparently now a federal court is siding with the school on ‘safety’ concerns. Instead of the school dealing with the bad apples that would cause violence on Cinco De Mayo by taking umbrage at students wearing American flag t-shirts, they instead ban American flag t-shirts, but not Mexican flag t-shirts. And now a court says it’s OK.
But the parents of these students wearing the American flag t-shirts say this isn’t over and will take it to the Supreme Court if they have to.
