When GoFundMe pulled the plug on the trucker protest Freedom Convoy’s fundraiser they decided to keep the money raised to that point unless someone specifically requested a refund, and were planning to give the money to whatever left wing crap they felt like giving it to.
Well that dog won’t hunt in Louisiana and Florida.
It is a fraud for @gofundme to commandeer $9M in donations sent to support truckers and give it to causes of their own choosing.
I will work with @AGAshleyMoody to investigate these deceptive practices — these donors should be given a refund.

Hopefully other states will follow suit. The company changed their minds after the heat came and said they will refund the money raised to everyone who donated.
However, due to donor feedback, we are simplifying the process. We will automatically refund all contributions directly — donors do not need to submit a request.
Yeah guess what? It’s way too late for that, buds.
Meanwhile over on GiveSendGo a million was raised despite the far left (and who knows, maybe the Canadian gov’t?) attacked the site and tried to end the drive.
We have been under heavy DDOS and bot attacks. In spite of all of this we still have managed to raise funds 5X faster than the gfm did. GFM raised 10mil in 3 weeks. GSG campaign has already raised over 1.1mil in just over 12 hours!
