In a loud obnoxious shouty segment on MSNBC, Maxine Waters said that portions of the controversial dossier released by Buzzfeed were true – and she cited the “sex actions” portions.

This was the dossier that Buzzfeed published and got in all sorts of trouble over. Apparently it was put together by a British spy who compiled reports and memos that he investigated about supposed damaging info that the Russians had on Trump. But while it was floating around government sources, no one would publish it because it was completely unsubstantiated – no one except Buzzfeed. The cat meme site was excoriated for doing so by other journalists.
The lurid portion of the dossier says that Trump allegedly committed very odd sex acts with prostitutes on the bed where the Obamas slept in a Russian Hotel. Yeah, it’s weird.
Almost as weird as Maxine Waters.
Later, it was reported by some leaked sources that indeed, some portions of the dossier were confirmed. Not the sex action parts though.
