The left EXPLODES in anger over Kyrsten Sinema’s defense of the filibuster

Last night we told you how Kyrsten Sinema defended the filibuster when a reporter asked her about it, and she also said she was still a strong ‘no’ on getting rid of it.

Well that apparently sent the radical left into a rage on social media:

THE HILL – Sinema’s comments from Tuesday, while aligned with her previous position on the filibuster, sparked a fierce rebuke from progressives on Wednesday, who argued that she was out of touch with how the procedural roadblock has been used in recent years.

“Sen. Sinema is simply wrong about the history of the filibuster. Its current abuse by Sen. McConnell has turned the Senate into a cesspool of partisanship, gridlock and dysfunction. … The only way Democrats can pass any meaningful legislation to protect voters and our democracy is to eliminate the filibuster,” said Eli Zupnick, a spokesman for Fix Our Senate, referring to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

“Changing the behavior of the entire Republican caucus — or even just 10 members — is a pipe dream,” he added.

Dan Pfeiffer, a former Obama aide, accused Sinema of “telling every Democratic activist and grassroots donor that helped get her elected to go screw themelves.”

MSNBC host Joy Reid called Sinema’s comments “absurd.”

“Just say you don’t care about these bills and all you care about is that Republicans get to control the agenda,” she tweeted.

How is it that these loons are blaming McConnell for ‘abusing’ the filibuster? It was Senate Democrats, led by Schumer, who used the filibuster prolifically to block the Trump agenda for the last four years. They used it more than any party has ever used it under one president. But McConnell is to blame?

Here’s a few other furious tweets about Sinema:

Just like Joe Manchin, Democrats are seething to get rid of Sinema. But also, just like Joe Manchin, she’ll be in the Senate until at least 2024 when she’s up for reelection, and that must be wrecking members of her party.
