This administration is so desperate that Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is claiming that Biden has done all he can to lower gas prices.
But it’s even worse than that. Yellen actually claimed that if it weren’t for Biden, gas prices would be even higher:
Yellen claims that the biggest thing Biden has done is to release a million barrels of oil per day from the strategic reserve and if it weren’t for that, gas prices would be even higher. Seriously.
And she says that’s all Biden can do to lower gas prices at this point and then blames Russia. What a joke.
I thought what Stabenow said was out of touch, but I think this is worse.
