The media loves to makes excuses for themselves in nitpicky ways. With Amy Coney Barrett they pretend they aren’t bashing Catholicism, just Barrett’s particular group. But the attacks are based on STANDARD Catholic beliefs like being pro-life or, you know, believing in God. So that attempt at a nitpick excuse is really just nothing.
Bill Maher said what they all mean when he said she is REALLY Catholic. That’s so you know it’s not the fake kind of Catholic Joe Biden trots out when it’s politically convenient for him.
Barrett is really Catholic, and that’s exactly what they hate, and Trump called them out hard today at his presser. “I thought we settled this sixty years ago with the election of John F. Kennedy.”
